Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, creating an account or placing an order on The Satvik Origin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the store.
Products
All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural materials. Slight variations in colour, length, aroma intensity and packaging are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
Product imagery is indicative. Availability is not guaranteed and collections may be withdrawn or reformulated without notice.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing, offers and shipping thresholds at any time.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer to honour the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
Payments
- We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised.
- Cash on delivery is available on eligible PIN codes and order values.
Intellectual Property
The Satvik Origin name, logo, packaging design, photography, illustrations and written content are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
User Conduct
- Provide accurate account and delivery information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the store.
- Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews or messages.
- Do not resell our products as your own brand without a written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Incense must be burnt in a well-ventilated space, kept away from flammable materials, and never left unattended or within reach of children and pets. You use our products at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.
