Refund & Return Policy

A simple, fair process for the rare occasion when something arrives less than perfect.

Eligibility

Because incense is a consumable, sensory product, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances. A request is eligible when:

  • It is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unlit and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The order number and proof of purchase are available.
  • The item was not purchased as part of a clearance or final-sale collection.

Damaged Products

Every order is hand-packed with care, but transit accidents can happen. If your parcel arrives crushed, broken or with sticks damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost.

  • Write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the outer box, the inner packaging and the affected product.
  • Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Returns Process

  • Email care@satvikorigin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team reviews the request and responds within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we arrange a reverse pickup where our courier partners operate, or share a return address.
  • Once the parcel reaches us, it is inspected within 3 business days.
  • You receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund or replacement is initiated.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid orders are typically credited within 5–7 business days of inspection, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer once you share your account details with our support team.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened, partially burnt or used incense.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items marked final sale or purchased at a clearance price.
  • Products damaged through improper storage after delivery.
