Shipping Availability
The Satvic Origin currently offers shipping across India.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at hello@thesatvicorigin.com before placing an order.
International shipping availability, delivery arrangements, and applicable charges will be confirmed separately.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges within India are based on the order value:
- Orders above ₹599 qualify for complimentary shipping.
- Orders below ₹599 are charged a shipping fee of ₹99.
The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment and order confirmation.
We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly. Any specific dispatch timeframe shown on the website or communicated to you at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will communicate the relevant information where reasonably possible.
Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The estimated delivery information shown at checkout, where available, should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided through the applicable shipping or order communication.
If you have not received tracking information or have a question about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address was provided, additional delivery or reshipping arrangements may be required.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives with visible damage, please contact us at hello@thesatvicorigin.com with your order number and relevant details.

International Shipping
International shipping is not currently offered as a standard checkout option.
If you would like to enquire about shipping outside India, please email hello@thesatvicorigin.com. We will confirm whether shipping to your destination is possible and provide the applicable shipping charges and arrangements.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges, where relevant, will be communicated as applicable and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
