Shipping Policy
How your order is packed, dispatched and delivered — and what to expect along the way.
Processing Time
Orders are hand-packed in small batches at our Mysuru workshop. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During festive periods or new collection launches, dispatch may take up to 4 business days.
Domestic Shipping
We ship across India through reputable courier partners. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or restricted PIN codes: up to 8 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout combine processing and transit time. They are indicative and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the courier network serving your address.
Shipping Charges
- Complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash-on-delivery orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹49.
Tracking Orders
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, we email a tracking link and AWB number. You can also follow your order from the Orders section of your account.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by weather, regional restrictions, strikes or courier backlogs. We monitor every shipment and will reach out proactively if your order is running late.
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, write to us and we will raise an investigation with the courier.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working with partners to open select destinations soon; customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes once this service launches.
